Its a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
According to Lord James of Blackheath, a mysterious organisation calling themselves Foundation X are willing to give the British Government £17bn to help with the government deficit . They are willing to pay £5bn now with a further £12bn before Christmas and there are no strings attached .
In a speech to The House of Lords he said Foundation X would hand over the cash if they were :
Contacted by someone equal to head of state or someone with international security rating to the top six people in the world .
He says this offer is entirely genuine and not a Nigerian E-Mail scheme and that Foundation X wanted nothing in return .
In my view there is only one organisation capable of supplying this type of money – Spectre from the James Bond films and it appears Blofeld is still alive and kicking, having lost none of his lust for world control . He will probably want something in return such as control of the British nuclear programme and the death of James Bond but I think this is a price well worth paying .
A lot of Britons look longingly backwards to the time of Margaret Thatcher and I would go one stage further and suggest we offer Blofeld, the Prime Ministership . At least he would supply firm government, even though he may drop a nuclear bomb on Australia or attempt to stop the Moon circling the Earth .
