Over the last few months, I have been plagued by 11/11/11 . Wherever I turn, I see 11/11 or 11/11/11 . It maybe the same process which follows that as soon as you buy a new car, you start to see the same model wherever you go but I have learned that there is normally a deeper reason for these strange occurences .
About a week before the ‘death’ of Osama bin Laden something urged me to rewatch a DVD of The Wicker Man, which depicts a human sacrifice on May 1st . I was not surprised when it was announced bin Laden had been killed on May 1st .
It has now been announced that in the USA, FEMA intends to run a first ever test of the nationwide “Emergency Alert System” on 9th November. Below is a copy of the pdf -National EAS Test

First Ever National Emergency Alert System Test Scheduled for November 9, 2011
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will conduct the first nationwide test of the
Emergency Alert System (EAS). The nationwide test will occur on Wednesday, November 9, at
2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and may last up to three and a half minutes.
The EAS is a national alert and warning system established to enable the President of the United
States to address the American public during emergencies. The National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration’s National Weather Service, governors, and state and local
emergency authorities also use parts of the system to issue more localized emergency alerts.
Over the past two years, as part of ongoing national preparedness planning efforts, FEMA, the
FCC and other federal partners, state, local, tribal and territorial governments, Emergency Alert
System participants and other stakeholders have been working toward making this national test a reality .
The national test will help the federal partners and EAS participants determine the
reliability of the system and its effectiveness in notifying the public of emergencies and potential
dangers nationally and regionally.
Similar to local EAS tests that are conducted frequently, the nationwide test will involve
broadcast radio and television stations, cable television, satellite radio and television services
and wirline video service providers across all states and the territories of Puerto Rico, the U.S.
Virgin Islands and American Samoa.
On November 9, 2011, the public will hear a message indicating, “This is a test.” The audio
message will be the same for both radio and television. Under the FCC’s rules, radio and
television broadcasters, cable operators, satellite digital audio radio service providers, direct
broadcast satellite service providers and wireline video service providers are required to receive
and transmit presidential EAS messages to the public.
Damon Penn, FEMA’s Assistant Administrator of National Continuity Programs, notes, “A
national test of our Emergency Alert System, with the vital communications support and
involvement of participants, is a step towards ensuring that the alert and warning community is
prepared to deliver critical information that can help save lives and protect property. Because
there has never been an activation of the Emergency Alert System on a national level, FEMA
views this test as an excellent opportunity to assess the readiness and effectiveness of the current
system. It is important to remember that this is not a pass or fail test, but a chance to establish a
baseline for making incremental improvements to the Emergency Alert System with ongoing and
future testing. It is also important to remember that the Emergency Alert System is one of many
tools in our communications toolbox, and we will continue to work on additional channels that
can be a lifeline of information for people during an emergency.”
As the federal, state, tribal, territorial and local governments prepare for and test their
capabilities, this event serves as a reminder that everyone should establish an emergency
preparedness kit and emergency plan for themselves, their families, communities, and

stay informed about what to do in the event of an actual emergency.
FEMA’s mission is to support our citizens and first responders to ensure that as a nation we
work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against,
respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards.
I find the proximity to the date of 11/11 compelling for this FEMA Emergency Test and it is also compounded by the fact 11/9 is the reverse of 9/11 .
My unease is not helped by knowing that with 9/11, war games were being carried out by the American Air Force which confused the air traffic controllers, who did not know whether 9/11 was the real thing or just an exercise .
In London on 7/7, a private firm called Visor Consultants run by Peter Power was running a terror rehearsal operation which, in Mr Power’s words had “simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning “
If the script is the same as 9/11 and 7/7, then expect something major to happen on 11/9 or a date close to it . It does not state whether Barack Obama will be involved with the FEMA test 0n 9th November but if he is, I would get your emergency shelters ready .
As for me, if I get offered the opportunity to visit the USA at this time, I think I will make the excuse of a prior engagement .

this fema alert was emailed to me the other day. it looks like we are going to be uncertain
about whether it is real or a test. why are we being jacked around like this? what if WE DONT LISTEN OR WATCH THOSE 3 MINUTES THAT DAY? some people don’t have a tv. or radio….it does sound like the book “1984″ is comin’ round the mountain…

Hi again Frank and thank you for welcoming me. This Fema thing is very unsettling and all you have said is true. I envy that you are not here in the U.S. Frank-I have a book by Mark Dice and it is titled: BIG BROTHER. It tells how our cell phones are “bugs” along with our laptop and computers. Microphones can be remotely activated and coversations can be heard –even when cell phone is turned off….I have removed the battery from my cell phone. In fact, I don’t even want one anymore. The dern TV tain’t any better! I have heard absolutely horrible things about Fema. “Camps”, martial law, coffins, etc. Gross!!

Hi Jancee and thanks for your comments . I doubt whether anything will happen as it would be pretty obvious and that is part of the reason why I wrote the post . It is unlikely that false flag events will be conducted after attention has been brought to them . The idea is for you to live in fear there may be a national emergency even if nothing happens so the American public give away their civil liberties . See ‘Big Sis’ and all her different fear tactics .
My advice is to ignore your fears about cell phones and TV etc and carry on as normally as possible . To be honest, I would ignore the test as best as possible – the best thing you can do is keep your peace of mind .

Hi Jancee – looking at my life I’m not sure about wise
but fear is a tool of control . From a spiritual perspective, there is never anything to fear but on a practical,earthly level just carry on as normal . At one level, all fear is irrational and is something every human deals with, even those who tell you to stop being silly . It makes life a lot easier if there is someone who is prepared to listen to our concerns as expressing fear reduces its power .

Shalom and Namaste, Frank. I seen on youtube the other day a video about FEMA placing orders for millions of body bags and coffin liners though the liners could fit upwards of 10 people in them. Also talks about HAARP setting off the New Madrid fault, which would devastate the majority of the east coast, not to mention all of the nuclear reactors here. I live on the East coast in Virgina, so it’s kind of scary but at the same time, I’m looking forward to it. Yes our Earth Mother is really upset, and shes ready for the shift but who can differentiate between Natural disasters and National calamities? Hi Phoenix – I don’t know about the earthquakes etc . I still have difficulty getting my head around the theory that we could manipulate the earth to such an extent .
I’m moving house at the moment and so not really in a position to look into things in detail but will check out your site when I can .
